We are excited to announce that next season we have nine artists giving school performances for a total of 14 school performances. Three of these artists are here specifically for school performances and are not in our
regular season line-up (Pat Mendoza, Lazer Vaudeville & Yuval Ron Ensemble). Download the show description page for background information on all our school performances.
 
Registration starts May 6th and is taken throughout the summer months and early fall.

BASIC REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• BUSES: Buses are included in the ticket price for Anchorage/Eagle River/Chugiak.  Valley and Girdwood add $2 per seat for busing.  We arrange
  the buses for ASD and Valley schools for groups of approximately 55 or more.
• PRICE: Please circle the correct ticket price of the show you wish to attend. Groups registering before August 29th receive $1 per ticket. All
  seats are the same price including students, teachers and chaperones.
• RANK: Many of our performances sell out. If you are registering for four or more shows, please rank your preferences (e.g. 1 for first choice, 2 for
  second choice, etc.)
• PAYMENT: We do not require a deposit. Final numbers and payment are due two weeks before the performance. We will send payment reminders via email. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please make checks payable to Anchorage Concert Association.
• REFUNDS: Refunds can only be given if we are notified more than two weeks before the performance. Refunds are not given after the payment deadline.
• VENUE: All shows are in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. Most shows are in the Atwood Concert Hall. Interpreti Veneziani and the Yuval Ron Ensemble are in the Discovery Theatre.
