Ticket Information

Ticket Exchange Policy

The Anchorage Concert Association’s exchange privileges are the most generous in town.  Subscribers may exchange tickets within an event (e.g. change one performance of “Spamalot” for another) at any time up to 24 hours before a scheduled performance.  A processing fee of $1 per ticket will be charged. This is a $2 savings over regular exchange fees.

Subscribers only may exchange tickets from one event to another, for a processing fee of $5 per ticket plus any difference in the price of the ticket.  When exchanging into a lower-priced event, no refunds are available.  All exchanges are made at the CenterTix Box Office in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts.

If you are unable to take your tickets to the box office, fax exchanges are available by calling the box office at 263-2787 or downloading a ticket exchange form(PDF)from CenterTix.net.

Donate your Tickets

If you are unable to use your tickets, you can donate them back - up until curtain time of the performance.  By donating your tickets back to the Anchorage Concert Association, you make a seat available to someone who might otherwise miss a performance. This is an in-kind donation and we will send you a tax receipt for your contribution.

Ticket holders can donate their tickets by calling CenterTix at 263-2787.  They can also be delivered to the box office in person or by mail.  The address is 621 W. Sixth Avenue, Anchorage AK 99501.

Lost Tickets

If you are a subscriber and your tickets are lost, they can be replaced at no cost by calling the ACA office at 272-1471.  If you arrive at an event without tickets, CenterTix will replace them, but they may charge a $1 per ticket replacement fee.

Subscriber Discounts

Season subscribers have the advantage of buying additional ACA events at a discount at the CenterTix Box Office in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. Just tell the ticket seller you are an ACA subscriber.

Parking

Downtown parking is a real challenge with all the construction, but the Anchorage Parking Authority is working with the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts to make event parking available to patrons.

The Seventh Avenue Garage, entered from G Street, will be available during events. Patrons pay $5 when entering the garage. You may purchase 5 parking passes for $20 at the CenterTix Box Office. Parking is also available in the Sixth Avenue Garage entering from H Street and the JC Penney garage for $1.00 an hour. A credit card payment is required upon exit.
