Blockbuster Buff

The bestsellers line my shelves.  I'm probably first in line when the "biggies" come to Anchorage. The price doesn't matter because I want to have two seats right down front. I spend my time working hard and want the rewards of good entertainment. My job challenges me, so I love to relax with a good, fun, "wowing" entertainment.

When I was in High School, some friends dragged me to "Star Wars™" the first day it opened. It was amazing. People were insane! Lines and lines around the block all day long. Something about that still affects me. I love taking my seat when the audience is packing the house. The anticipation right before the curtain goes up or the performers come on stage, the big, show-stoppin' number of a Broadway musical or my favorite song from that phenomenal artist still gives me goose bumps. The big name show always draws me in. Maybe it's those memories from "Star Wars.™"
