Ticketing 
Your tickets for Rock the Hill are linked in the original confirmation email from confirmation@etix.com. We recommend that you download your tickets before arriving due to the possibility of spotty cell phone service.

VIP
VIP ticket holders, get access to the VIP Lounge, have an express line in the beer garden, get 10% off food at Finn’s Kitchen and get their pick of swag and snacks at the VIP Lounge.

Weather 
In true Alaskan fashion, this event is rain or shine. Please come prepared for all types of weather. 

Parking and Shuttle 
Parking is available in Hilltop’s three parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking passes are valid for the first half of Hilltop’s main lot. Reserved parking will be managed by an on-site parking attendant starting at 5pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday.  

Parking at Service High School is available for overflow with a shuttle running from 5-11pm on Friday and 1-11pm on Saturday. The pick-up and drop-off points are at the Service High School Pool on the west side of the parking lot and the north side of Parking Lot 3 at Hilltop. 

Volunteering 
Volunteers can check in at the Anchorage Concert Association tent next to the ticket office. If you would like to sign up to volunteer, you can fill out this form. 

Mountain Biking 
Information and lift tickets for Hilltop’s Bike Park can be found here. Lift access is available from 1pm-8pm. Your Rock the Hill ticket confirmation email includes a 20% discount on lift tickets. 

Mountain Biking Lessons
New to lift-access mountain biking? Start here and get 20% off with your Rock the Hill ticket. Group lessons will take place at 1:30pm and 5:30pm on Saturday. Call to book 346-2169.
Bike Park 101 is Hilltop’s introduction to downhill riding, designed for first-time bike park visitors and trail riders looking to build foundational skills. This small-group session focuses on the core techniques and knowledge every new rider needs to ride safely and confidently. 

Bike Valet 
Hilltop will have a bike valet set up by the handicapped parking near the front of the chalet to ensure that your bike is safe during the show. Bikers can drop their bike off with Hilltop staff who will provide a numbered ticket that you’ll use to pick up your bike. Please take a photo of the ticket in case it gets lost.

Food Trucks 
Food will be available from Yeti DogsBruceSkisJerome’s KitchenSalmon HookUp TruckPapaya Tree, and Alaska Bubble Waffles in the Vendor Village, and at Finn’s Kitchen in the Hilltop Chalet.

Vendor Village 
Vendors will be open starting at 5pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday featuring: Tiger Bomb Designs, Quya Crafts, Late June Art, Balanced Body Works, Boreal Forest Fire, Jupiter Midnight Art, Fire Girl 49 Designs, Icey Scoops, Cherry Essence, Taino Beauty Products, Wild Sun Naturals, Little Fish Workshop, Dancing Crane Designs, Urban Atsaq, Summit Stitching, Xpress Resin Beauty, Mere Mades, Rae’s Girls Body Art, The Silver Beadle, Spenard Jazz Fest, Cloudberry Native, Joshua Menadelook Carvings, Tierr Amar, Glacier Shaker Vintage, Apogee Adventure, AkaskiWear, 907 Honey, The Artery Anchorage, Diamond VIP Services, Alaska Diana, Hilltop Ski Area, Anchorage Concert Association, and a festival musician Merch Booth.

Free Activities 
Yoga on the Hill – noon on Saturday– Check in at 11:45 at the ACA Tent by the box office  
Mural painting – ongoing starting at 5pm Friday and 1pm Saturday 
Kids Strider Bike Race – 3pm Saturday BYOB (Bring your own bike) 

Beer Garden 
The concert area includes a beer garden for attendees who are 21+ with valid ID. No outside alcohol is allowed. People under 21 are allowed in the beer garden if they are with a parent or guardian at all times.
