Cherish the Ladies

Irish music super group Cherish the Ladies returns to Anchorage – this time, bringing their Celtic Christmas show to town. Hear the Ladies put their signature mark on classic carols such as “O Come, All Ye Faithful” and “Silent Night,“ in arrangements that highlight the group’s unique Celtic instrumentation, beautiful harmonies, and spectacular dancing from internationally-acclaimed Irish step dancers. Cherish the Ladies was named Top North American Celtic Group by both the Irish Music Awards and NPR’s “Thistle and Shamrock.” The New York Times calls their music “passionate, tender, and rambunctious.” Coming off of celebrating 30 years together, Cherish the Ladies now blaze forward into another decade of music making! Come experience a bit of Christmas in Ireland, in Anchorage.
