Eileen Ivers will change the way you think about the violin. The Grammy-winning fiddler and original musical star of Riverdance is so boldly imaginative and virtuosic, The New York Times calls her "the Jimi Hendrix of the violin.”

She’s the NINE-TIME All-Ireland Fiddle Champion. Yes, nine. And that’s despite the fact that this daughter of Irish immigrants grew up in the Bronx. Her concerts feature music anchored in Celtic tradition, with spicy helpings of world music. Ivers’ performances range from sassy to soulful, from melancholy to mischievous, and she always has entertaining surprises up her sleeve.

To call her an Irish-American musical icon is not hyperbole. Prepare to be mesmerized by the master.
