Stomp!

Feel the rhythm

When Stomp first came to Anchorage there was an effort made to reduce the cost of shipping, so they sourced part of their set locally. Their technical director flew up early to go to a junkyard and scrounge for objects that could be attached to the chain link fence for the performers to bang on. The selected items all had to create different sounds. Once the performers arrived they had the opportunity to dig through the junk, choose what sounded best to them and then attach it to the set in just the right position. We even provided some signs from Anchorage Concerts' parking spaces. Pretty sure that last touch was what took the show over the top.
