Community Workshop with The Second City

Anchorage Concert Association is excited to announce a special workshop open to adult and youth comedians, actors, or anyone looking for a fun new experience. Join actors from The Second City at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts for a 2-hour workshop.

Drawing upon the groundbreaking work of The Second City and the many legendary performers who have played on its stages, they have become the largest school of improvisation and sketch comedy in the world. No prior experience is necessary for this fun, relaxed introduction to some of the skills of improvised comedy. Meet new people, learn games & exercises and share a Saturday morning full of laughs.

There are two classes available: one for youth age 13-17 years and an adult class agers 18+
