An Announcement for all Attendees

*Covid mitigation policies are no longer in place for Anchorage Concert Association shows

With the newly updated guidance from health officials regarding the capacity of our healthcare systems and declining case counts, Anchorage Concert Association is updating our COVID-19 policies and protocols.

Beginning with BeauSoleil on Saturday, April 2, attendees to Anchorage Concert Association events no longer need to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test result. On site testing will no longer be available as a result.

All attendees are still required to wear masks at all Anchorage Concert Association performances in line with CDC recommendations for congregate settings. These changes do not affect shows by other presenters at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts.

We will continue to provide refunds up to 72 hours before performances for the remainder of this season.

Exceptions to the 72-hour refund window can be made if you

  • have tested positive for COVID-19

  • are waiting for COVID-19 test results

  • have COVID-19 symptoms

  • have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19

In that case, please stay home and request a refund prior to the start of the show. To receive a refund for your tickets, contact the CenterTix box office at 263-2787 or complete this form.

We thank you for your understanding and patience over the last six months as we have navigated our way back to live performances. We will continue to monitor the community COVID-19  levels and hospital capacity for Anchorage. Should anything change, we will update all guests of new protocols in advance of their ticketed performance.
